When will my item be shipped?

Given that your ordered item is in stock, the courier will collect your package the following 1-2 days business days. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email, along with your tracking information. Delivery time is dependent on the courier, and we unfortunately cannot control shipping times.
Pre-ordered wait times will be listed on the items description.

What sizes do you go up-to?

Our aim is to cater for everyone. We are a size inclusive brand making from size XXS-XXL. If you are not in this range, we are happy to make a custom order for you.

Is pick up available?

If pick up would be preferred over shipment, we have this as a free option at checkout. In most cases, the pick up will be available the following day of purchase, we can email to discuss this. We are located in Tauranga, New Zealand. Please only select this option if this region is applicable for you to pick up from.

Do you make custom pieces, i.e the Charli Set in a different colour?

Is your packaging good for the environment?

Our packaging is strictly made out of sustainable and recyclable resources. Listed below is all that is used for our shipping process:

Yes, we now ship world wide!

AUS standard shipping: $15.00

Where are your sets made?

I hand make all our sets, dresses, tops, skirts and hats in home in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
